And They Gathered Together

“Every day they continued to [gather] together in the temple courts.  They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.  And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”  Acts 2:46-47

The Church is not a place or a building.  The Church is a gathering of people who are filled with the Holy Spirit and worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ.  We, the Church, gather together to worship, praise God, pray, encourage & equip one another, and share our faith with others.

Plumb Line Community Church is adding to their numbers daily.  And we are very close to having a place where we can gather to worship, pray, encourage & equip one another, and share our faith with others.  Please be praying for the details to come together over the next week or so.

As we get closer to our official launch date, we will need every one to step up and serve in some way.  Here are some things to consider and pray for:

Greeters & Ushers

Set up/Tear Down Crew

Hospitality/Follow up on Guests

Marketing/Web stuff

Sound & A/V Crew

Child Care Needs

Prayer Coordinator

Prayer Walkers (people to walk the neighborhoods while praying silently)

Discipleship Coordinator for New Believers

More to come…

  1. Love the idea of prayer walking! Combining 2 things I need to be more disciplined about – exercise and regular prayer time.
